House Rules
- Check-in: 15:00 / Check-out: 11:00 (strict; late checkout incurs extra fee)
- BBQ hall hours: 17:00 ~ 22:00 (request at least 1 hour in advance)
- Kids’ paddling pool hours: 10:00 ~ 18:00 (May–October, adult supervision required)
- Quiet hours after 10 PM — please respect the night sounds of insects and natural stillness
- No smoking anywhere on the property (designated smoking area: parking lot) — a 100,000 KRW cleaning fee applies for violations
- No grilling or strong-smelling cooking inside the house — please use the dedicated BBQ hall
- Personal fire equipment (portable stoves, fireworks, candles) is strictly prohibited
- Please wear slippers on the hinoki wood flooring
- Please do not pick or harvest the flowers, trees, or fruits in the garden
- Host promise: Professional cleaning and complete linen change before every check-in
- No separate cleaning fee at checkout (included in the rate)
