Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please contact the host in advance about early check-in or late check-out.

There are two bedrooms, each with one queen bed and underfloor heating. Floor mattresses and bedding are also provided. The maximum overnight capacity is 12 guests, including infants. No separate additional bedding is provided for infants staying free. Groups of seven or more also use the living room, so please tell us your group makeup before booking.

Up to 2 dogs may stay in the entire private house. Please tell us the number and breeds before booking; large or aggressive breeds require prior consultation. Dogs may be off leash in the private garden. One end borders a steep drop, so keep a close eye on your dog near the edge and pick up waste promptly.

Free parking for up to 5 vehicles per room. Please contact us in advance for oversized vehicles.

This is a seasonal children’s tube pool, not a permanent swimming pool. It normally operates May–October, 10:00–18:00, subject to weather and site conditions. Children require constant adult supervision.

Our 10-pyeong indoor BBQ hall operates 17:00–22:00, with full HVAC and seating for up to 20. Two large grills are available: KRW 30,000 for one or KRW 50,000 for both. Please request at least one day in advance. Charcoal, grill racks and gloves are included. Personal fire equipment is prohibited for safety.

Children under 24 months on the check-in date incur no extra-person fee; no separate additional bedding is provided for them. Infants count toward the maximum of 12 overnight guests. Please tell the host the number of infants and their ages in months when booking. For guests aged 24 months or older, each guest beyond the base of 4 costs KRW 25,000 per night.

The site table is the property’s operating guideline. The product-specific cancellation policy on Naver, Airbnb, Yanolja, or LiveAnywhere determines the final refund and process. Check it before payment.

Yes. The calendar reflects booking dates from Airbnb and LiveAnywhere iCal feeds. Updates may be delayed, so confirm current availability and rates with the channel where you plan to book. This site does not take reservations or payments.

The site shows the property’s base rates. Channel fees, coupons, points, and package details can change the final total, so check the payment screen on each channel.

Stay guests can order Yeongdon Jeju black pork: fresh ogyeopsal (pork belly) and fresh neck for KRW 60,000/kg, or fresh front leg for KRW 28,000/kg. The front leg is suitable for smoked BBQ or boiled pork. The doenjang stew meal kit includes broth made with 12 ingredients and costs KRW 10,000 for 2 servings; orders start at 2 servings. Please order black pork at least 5 days before check-in.
